There are many different reasons people seek out personal training. For some, it can be a stepping stone used to get ready to join the group classes, for others, it may be a way to help return from injury or manage a specific condition. Whatever the motivation, we can find a solution that works for you.
What are the benefits ?
Our bodies are a reflection of the forces we have exposed them to (or not exposed them to) throughout our lifetime. As a result, many people come to us with inefficient movement patterns, poor motor control, structural and muscular imbalances, lack of confidence and many other barriers that may prevent them from joining our group classes right away.
Personal Training is a great way to address these issues, helping individuals build a solid movement base in a more private setting. Our ultimate goal is to get you into the group classes, as this is where the real value lies but PT may be the right place for you to start.
