After attending our group classes you will feel strong, energised, and connected. Catering to all levels of fitness and ability, we’ll teach you to move well in sessions that are fun, social, and empowering.
PERSONAL TRAINING
Qualified, experienced and knowledgeable trainers for those who would like personal training. We will discuss your needs and customise your personal training program.
