Community Moves is being developed to provide a health and fitness program for people that need to engage in more structured and regular physical activity. The program targets all aspects of physical fitness including strength, aerobic capacity, mobility, balance, and coordination.
The Community Moves program has been developed in-line with current Australian and World Health Organisation physical activity recommendations and is designed to help participants meet their weekly training goals in an engaging, fun, and social environment.
